Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, scale, and govern the Testing Center of Excellence across strategy, discovery, design, execution, and run operations
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutioning, delivery excellence, and post-release support
- Drive measurable quality outcomes across engagements
- Report to the Business Head
- Own and define the overall QA strategy
- Lead platform and tooling stewardship for testing and quality engineering
- Drive pipeline growth and business enablement
- Ensure strong customer relationships and operational reliability
