Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP Center of Excellence as part of the ERP Practice across ERP, CRM, ITSM, and HRIS
- Focus on SAP BRIM (SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA), S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules
- Source, screen, onboard, and deploy high-quality SAP talent
- Define and drive the practice charter and governance model
- Own solutioning, delivery excellence, and run operations
- Ensure effective staffing, utilization, and margin outcomes
- Partner with SAP partners, vendors, service providers, Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders
- Report to the Business Head
- Be accountable for measurable business outcomes and capability scaling
- Ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, strong customer relationships, and implementation of best practices
