Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, scale, and govern the Automation (Hyperautomation) Center of Excellence across discovery, design, build, run, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders for requirement discovery, solutioning, delivery excellence, and support
- Drive measurable value realization through automation initiatives
- Report to the Business Head
- Be accountable for overall business outcomes, platform stewardship, and pipeline growth
- Ensure operational reliability, ROI realization, and strong customer relationship building
