Key Responsibilities:
- The SME will lead the design, development, and enhancement of the Insurance Claims Processing Platform covering FNOL (First Notice of Loss), document intake, adjudication workflow, rules engine configuration, fraud checks, regulatory compliance, and automation.
- This role requires deep domain knowledge of Life, Health, Motor, or Group Claims, end-to-end claims lifecycle, and hands-on experience working with Claim Tech platforms.
